WWII begins

Task in preparation for our next class meeting on Friday

1. Read Module 14 Lesson 1: Hitler's Lightning War
2. Identify Key Terms and People (from page 520), do the "reading checks" on pages 521, 523, 524, 526, and 527. COmplete the "Lesson 1 Assessment" on page 527
3. Watch How Hitler Invaded Half of Europe and take notes summarizing how that question is answered.  
4. Watch The Sino-Japanese War: How did Japan Invade China in WWII and take notes summarizing how the question is answered (what were the long term and short term causes of the conflict)  
5. Watch How/Why Germany invaded the USSR and take notes summarizing
